Key responsibilities of the position:
· Manage and supervise the Finance team
· Report directly to the General Manager
· Responsible for the budgetary planning
· Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions
· Liaise directly with External Auditors for the preparation of End Year Accounts and report to the Board of Directors
· Prepare and submit all CySec Reports as required
· Monitoring of company capital adequacy on a monthly basis
· Oversee the payroll of the company and ensure all Social Insurance and Taxes are being paid
· Support in accounting, taxation and financial matters to the Company’s Management.
· Liaising with the Company’s Bankers
Job requirements and competencies:
· University Degree in (Accounting/Finance/Economics)
· ACA/ACCA/CPA/CFA Qualified
· Previous experience in the Forex Industry is a MUST
· Excellent use of excel
· Fluency in both English and Greek
· Computer literate
· Excellent organizational & communication skills
· Friendly & Pleasant personality
