EuropeFX is looking for an IT Team leader to join and manage our IT department in Cyprus.
As IT Team leader you will be responsible for managing the IT team, maintaining company IT infrastructure and supporting company employees.
What You'll Do
- Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 IT engineers.
- Maintain company IT infrastructure and Systems using a variety of tools and Cloud services to ensure business continuity.
- Provide technical support to company employees including offshore offices
- Troubleshoot issues to determine the root cause and present suggested work - arounds and solutions.
Who You Are
- At least 3 years of experience as IT team leader in a medium / large organization.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing network architecture and topology
- At least 3 years of experience with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, FW PF-SENSE, AV. (Advantage for Bitdefender experience)
- At least 2 years of experience as an administrator of “Office 365” accounts in a hybrid environment. (Defining policies, managing exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure Active directory, Teams and more)
- Experience in VOIP, VDI
- Experience in scripting languages like PowerShell, VBS
- High level of written and spoken English
- Self-learning capabilities
- Ability to work under stress
· High service awareness and excellent human relations
- Team player
- Advantage for candidates with experience in WSUS and/or SCCM.
- Advantage for candidates with experience in the online gaming or financial services industries
