On behalf of our client, an FCA regulated global Forex / CFD broker company based in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit Sales Executives / Representatives (Czech, Slovakian, Polish, Danish, Swedish, Arabic, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Italian, Spanish and Thai speakers).
Job Description:
- Handling prospective and existing clients, communicating with clients through phone and emails, handling customer’s requests
- Sourcing new prospective partners, negotiate and close new business
- Searching for new prospective investors and clients
- Building up new markets and campaigns
- Present and promote the company’s products and services, keep clients up to date with financial market conditions and major economic announcements
- Assist the back office department for effectively opening accounts and verifying customer identification and due diligence documents
- Handle customers’ queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify and develop new markets for the organisation
- Monitor day-to-day activity of clients and contact them when needed to ensure they have a positive customer experience
- Full training will be provided as well continuous coaching and support by our Head of Sales
Requirements:
- Fluent English is a must along with an additional other language (Czech, Slovakian, Polish, Danish, Swedish, Arabic, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Italian, Spanish and Thai speakers)
- Basic (1-2 years) previous sales experience, account management, customer support, or experience within the Forex industry or online gaming is considered as an advantage
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and to work under pressure
- Sales and Targeted oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent team player
- High working ethics and willingness to learn
