Responsibilities:
Assisting EU clients with documents and verification
KYC for EU clients
Achieving key performance indicators
Assisting with incoming queries from all prospects and clients by telephone and email
Assisting the sales team with KPIs
Educating clients on how to use the Company's trading platforms
Being proactive in contacting clients by telephone and email to promote the Company's products and services
Requirements:
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Basic CySEC certificate
Previous experience in financial services or FX will be considered advantageous
Ability to perform under tight deadlines and under pressure
Team player with excellent communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude
Fluent verbal and written English
The working hours are 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday
