Limassol
Our client is a CySEC start-up company in Limassol offering CFD products operating with a STP model. They are currently looking for a Compliance Officer.
Responsibilities:
Responding to any Compliance inquiries
Responsible to prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/annual reports via CySEC Portal
Review all Company's policies and procedures in order to be in line CySEC requirements
Monitor legal and regulatory developments & assessing their impact
Interpreting legislation and regulatory guidance and advising senior management accordingly
Review company's marketing/promotional material advising on amendments needed
Maintain the accuracy of compliance records, tests and training material
Reporting to CySEC
Give guidance for corrective measures where necessary and inform the Director
Monitor transactions
Provide training to employees
Assist with the Internal Audit
Review and draft contracts, terms and conditions and any other legal documents
Requirements:
Holder of CySEC Advanced Certificate is a must
At least 2 years of experience in a previous Compliance role within a CIF company
Fluent in English and strong communication skills (Greek is a big plus)
High attention to detail
Working hours: 9am - 6pm
The company is offering a salary of 1,700 - 2,000 gross
