Main Responsibilities:
● Monitoring of withdraw requests from customers
● Handling customer requests which comes to Customer Support
● Anti Fraud monitoring
● Manual bonus crediting
● Analytics of different promos, monitoring competitors’ promos
● Creating marketing activity with the guidance of the department manager
Qualifications:
● Bachelor degree in Business Administration
● Customer oriented personality
● Fluent in Russian Language, good English
● Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills
● Ability to work with a large amount of information
● Team-player, able to work under pressure, creativity, innovation and problem
solving skills is a must
