Our client is an investment firm based in Larnaca that is currently looking for a Head of Back Office to join their team. An ideal candidate would have relevant experience leading a team in a similar position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out the client onboarding process
  • Request, collect and approve clients KYC documents
  • Use external enhanced due diligence tools
  • Assist clients with account registrations
  • Update and maintain clients documents database
  •  Extract CRM reports for management purposes
  •  Communicate with PSP
  • Credit accounts with deposits
  • Execute withdrawals
  •  Assist with reconciliations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Back-Office department within a regulated firm
  • A University Degree in Business or relevant is preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent organizing and communicating skills
