Our client is a software development company based in Larnaca and they’re currently looking for an experienced Android Developer to join their dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver enhancements related to Android application
- Develops software as per technical requirements
- Work with product teams on new product ideas, designs, prototypes and estimates
- Keep up-to-date on current and upcoming features in relevant products and platforms
Requirements
- 3+ years of Java software development
- 1+ years of Kotlin software development
- Knowledge and demonstrable work on the current Android platform, including the latest Oreo and Pie versions
- Keep up-to-date on the latest Android SDK developments; respond to customer feedback & testing
- Self-motivated, and can excel in a team-based environment
- Personal projects that show an aptitude for engineering and product sense
Advantage:
- Experience shipping one or more Android apps, currently available on Google Play
- Experience with the latest Android and Google Play Services APIs Proficient with Kotlin, the Android SDK & Android Studio
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Programming Experience interfacing with server APIs via JSON
- Ability to work in areas outside of their usual comfort zone and love to learn new technologies
