Job Description
Our client, a CySEC regulated investment firm is looking to recruit a Backoffice Administrator to join their Limassol team. The successful candidate will be working as part of the back office team and reporting to the Head of Back Office.
Required Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Account registration, verification and deposit procedures
- Conducting KYC/AML verification process for retail, corporate clients and counterparties
- Conduct compliance monitoring of clients and third parties KYC/AML
- Creating and submitting reports
- Liaising with the dealing department on reconciliation and reporting as/when necessary
- Understanding of Compliance, KYC and AML procedures
Requirements
- Experience working in either client onboarding, backoffice, compliance or AML departments
- Analytical abilities, problem solving and investigative skills
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Previous experience working with any CRM an advantage
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment, KYC and AML procedures
