Job Description
Our client is a Financial Services provider with global ambitions, opening offices around the world and working in such new financial areas as blockchain and artificial intelligence. They are currently looking to hire a Team Leader for their Conversion (FTD) Department. Job Responsibilities
- Lead FTD sales team and establish processes from scratch
- Train the team to achieve expected results
- Inspire and motivate your team
- Manage and supervise your team
- Set goals and targets and take responsibility for achieving them
- Monitor day-to-day activity
- Grow the sales department according to the business needs
- Participate in formulate sales policies, practices and procedures
- Work closely with the Marketing Department to promote the company’s services
- Assist Marketing to optimise company offers to maximise conversion
- Ensure that the sales team provides accurate information compliant with laws and regulations
- Work with company's leads and clients directly to be an example for the team
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry in managing sales teams of 5+ people
- Native English speaker or Fluent English plus an extra language, for example German, Dutch, Slovakian, Czech, or Spanish
- Result oriented and self-motivated person
- Dynamic, innovative and target driven
- Open-minded and flexible
- Eager to learn new things fast
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to work on own initiative to expand and generate business
