Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing, CySEC regulated Financial Services provider based in Limassol. They are currently looking to fill the position of Head of Customer Support. They’re looking for someone with previous experience of minimum 2 years in a Customer Support in managerial position within the FX industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a team to improve customer service experience and increase client engagement
- Take control of handling customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Tailor the client communication plan with a special emphasis on clarity and consistency
- Develop Customer Support and service procedures, policies and standards
- Apply and evolve the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to continuously improve employee engagement
- Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
Requirements
- Relevant experience at least 3 year in the same industry with 10+ team
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
- Be keenly aware of the competitive landscape and understand financial markets;
- Additional languages will be an advantage
