Job Description
In depth profiling and segmentation of customer base to gain insights on retention and customer satisfaction drivers
Assess and quantify the impact of various customer retention initiatives on key business metrics
Manage Customer Complaints, initiate investigations and decide on best solution for each case
Conduct best-in-class benchmark studies, both in and out of industry, focused on customer retention
Initiate discovery of policies and processes that impact customer loyalty and actionable recommendations to improve
Lead cross - functional teams to help define cost effective initiatives to address analysis findings

Required Qualifications
Experience in managing cross-functional projects
Strong data manipulation skills and significant experience querying large databases
Strong leadership skills with an ability to empower, motivate and influence others
Strong Communicator who is comfortable being open and direct with peers, managers and customers
Strong strategic skills including evaluation and development of business goals and objectives
Good Knowledge of both Greek and English language both written and spoken
Excellent Computer Skills
Strong data manipulation skills and significant experience querying large databases
Strong leadership skills with an ability to empower, motivate and influence others
Strong Communicator who is comfortable being open and direct with peers, managers and customers
Strong strategic skills including evaluation and development of business goals and objectives
