On behalf of our client, a newly established CIF company (trading of shares), we are looking to recruit a Compliance/AML Manager (Russian speaker) for their offices based in Limassol.
Responsibilities
- Familiar in CRD forms preparation and submission to CySEC;
- FATCA/CRS reporting;
- EMIR/TREM/MiFIR reporting, when applicable;
- Familiar in KYC procedures and performance of CDD
- Understanding how to construct “client economic profile”;
- Experience in “risk based approach” when on-boarding and monitoring clients;
Profile
- Fluent in English and Russian languages
- Strong knowledge of CySEC legislation
- Holder of CySEC Advanced Certificate
