Our company seeks to recruit a payment officer who will be responsible for payments made by the company on daily bases
Responsibilities:
Processing payment for all 4 companies in the group
Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments
Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions
Preparing balance sheets on a monthly basis for the CFO
Dealing with urgent payments
Communication with banks
Interface with managers in the company
Proven work experience as a Payment Officer or similar role
High level of English language both verbal and written
Advanced MS Excel skills
Quick learner and high level of analytical skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or Bookkeeper qualification
