On behalf of our client, a complex of luxury holiday residences in Cyprus, we are looking to recruit an experienced individual for the position of the Operations Executive for their resort based in Paphos. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Responsible for supervising all Housekeeping staff, ensure that work is completed according to company procedures and policy.

·         Coordinate daily operations of House Keeping and Maintenance Departments

·         Maintain up-do date records and inventory charges of each unit.

·         Schedule and complete preventive maintenance checks.

·         Responsible for quality assurance inspections on a daily basis. Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.

·         Hire contractors and deal with vendors to ensure provision of high quality products and services.

·         Responsible for ensuring that housekeeping supplies are adequately stocked and available for cleaning purposes. Maintain inventory records for all supplies purchased.

PROFILE:

·         Previous experience in hotel operations is an advantage

·         Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.

·         Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Microsoft Office knowledge
