Nicosia, Cyprus and through distance learning programs offered throughout the world to over 14,000 students at the University and its affiliated Institutions.   

Job Summary

The University of Nicosia seeks a Junior Enrollment Counsellor who will be responsible for the assistance of prospective and/or existing students of the University in regards to enrollment matters.

We are looking for someone who is self-directed and thrives working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, in which expectations are high both for the quality and speed of work; an individual with excellent Greek and English language skills.

Job Duties


 Provides information to prospective students including ascertaining and providing guidance on appropriate programs to meet personal and career development needs
Follows up on prospective students in order to complete their application for enrollment
Keeps records of all enquiries utilizing the CRM platform
Informs, through phone, prospective and/or existing students about Education Fairs / Open Days and any other Recruitment Events
Forwards the documents of prospective students to Admissions Officers for evaluation
Arranges appointments for prospective students with Admissions Officers for further information
Responds to and communicates with a broad range of internal individuals, related to prospective students’ and/or existing students’ matters, and coordinates responses, solutions and follows up with the appropriate university officers
Follows up on non-registered students and statistics (semester to semester registrations)
Any other relevant to the Enrollment duties as assigned by the Enrollment Manager and/or the Senior Enrollment Center Manager

Required Qualifications

Required Education


Bachelor’s Degree in public relations, business, communications or relevant field and/or related professional qualification
One of the below:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
 Core Skills and demonstrated Experience


 Will be able to demonstrate experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), CRMs and Online Application/Ordering systems
