My client is a leading architectural firm based in Limassol and they are looking to recruit an Executive Secretary.
Job Details:
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Ensure the smooth operation of the office
Welcome clients and visitors at the office
Handle incoming phone calls
Provide secretarial support as required
The requirements:
Minimum 2- 3 years' experience in a similar position
College diploma in office administration / secretarial studies
Excellent command of the Greek and English languages.
Typing skills both in Greek and English
Knowledge of computer software and applications, including MS Office, Internet, e-mailing and social media
Knowledge of Russian language and accounting will be consider as an additional advantage
Monthly Salary:
1000-1200 euros net + 13th Salary
Starting date:
November 2017
