On behalf of our client, a FOREX Broker firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit for the position of Executive Director.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assist with the setting up of the office in Cyprus
· Manage and supervise the local operations
· Regularly Report to the Company’s UBOs
· Follow CYSEC’s circulars and develop and periodically review and update Standards of Conduct to ensure continuing currency and relevance in providing guidance to employees.
Requirements:
· University Degree in Law or Finance or Economics
· Previous experience in a similar position (director or compliance or risk) in a CYSEC regulated company is a must
· CYSEC Advanced Certificate an advantage
· Excellent managerial skills
· Fluent in English
· Very well organized with attention to detail
· Very well developed communicating skills
