Customer Support Officer
Join our team of support specialists, responsible for providing meaningful support to our clientele throughout their journey. During training period working hours is: 9am - 6pm. Afterwards 4pm - 12.00.
Responsibilities:
· Manage large amounts of incoming calls
· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
· Generate sales leads
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
· Help resolve client problems on the fly and escalate to the correct dept.
Requirements:
· Fluent in Russian + English and additional East European language (Bulgarian,Romanian)
· Familiarity or experience with FOREX would be considered a serious advantage
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
