Overall Purpose of Role:
Our client an online pioneer market maker located in Limassol and established in 2001 who enable traders with access to global markets, with an easy simple platform and the financial instruments to trade FX, CFDs and vanilla options Is seeking to an exceptional Marketing Executive to assist in recruit developing marketing strategy and digital transformation. This is a unique opportunity for an individual seeking creativity and challenges and with the ability to manage complex projects and campaigns and translate business vision into strategy.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Actively support the CMO in Marketing strategy and implementation.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
- Manage a large and international team of marketing personnel.
- Improve upon the marketing pipeline and work closely with the marketing team to apply it and improve communication.
- Initiate and oversee marketing projects and campaigns with particular emphasis on on-line channels.
- Design multichannel go to market plans and orchestrate their delivery.
- Work within the and marketing budget and deliver set goals and lead generation.
- Work relentlessly to measure and optimize campaigns and sales performance.
- Work closely with other marketing and management teams within the organization, ensuring that local marketing activities are aligned with the global ones and with the Company’s global strategy.
- Develop ideas for product development and new products.
- Regularly report on progress against budgets and marketing expenditure.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (other additional languages will be considered advantageous)
- Proven management experience within a marketing department
- Proven track record of delivering growth through effective marketing strategies
- Team player and influencer with experience working in multinational organizations and substantial on-line/ digital experience
- Excellent written and oral communicator
- Previous experience in the forex industry or online digital environment
