CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an Online Company specializing in the gaming industry, we are seeking to recruit a Turkish-Speaking Customer Support Operator for their newly established Call Centre in Nicosia.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
- Maintain contact with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Respond to client enquiries and support issues through calls/emails.
- Inform and assist all clients in relation to the use of all current and future products.
- Capture and maintain information in the company’s systems.
- Maintain clients records keeping all information up-to-date and well documented.
- Resolve incidents at first contact where possible otherwise escalate to relevant support department.
Key Skills/ Experience:
- Fluency in written & spoken English & Turkish, Greek will be considered a signficant advantage.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Proven experience of PC and software applications.
- Good typing skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Punctual, hardworking and reliable.
