Limassol
Our client, a newly established Investment Firm located in Limassol, is looking to hire a Head of Trading to join the professional team.
- Responsibilities:
- -Spot, recruit and mentor traders upon necessity
- -Manage and maintain the daily operation of the trading desk
- - Applying operational procedures and ensuring that all procedures and internal controls are followed
- -Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the Company's trading platform
- -Monitoring the overall clients' exposures and managing those exposures
- -Prepare reports for senior management
Qualifications:
- -University Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics or other related field
- -At least two years of relevant experience in the Binary Options and/or Forex Industry in the Risk Department would be considered as an advantage
- -Computer literacy and ability to work simultaneously with a variety of systems
- -Fluency in English both written and orally
- -Basic or Advanced Certification of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission will be considered an advantage
- -Self-confident, highly competitive nature, target-oriented with a desire for fast career progression
- -Dynamic and flexible with strong attention to detail
- -Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- -Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
