The Sales Consultant handles new contacts and leads on a daily basis, follows up and closes deals with clients

Main Responsibilities
· Generate qualified leads through searching for new potential clients and apply the latest prospecting methods
· Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
· Undertake market visits and conduct preliminary desk research
· Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
· Ensure targets and KPI’s are met on monthly basis
· Be knowledgeable about all products and solutions offered by the company
· Prepare call reports including filling the qualification sheet on daily basis
· Answer timely and within the day existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting the best products and solutions suited to their needs.
· Supply Management with written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
· Adjust the LinkedIn account and blog daily and share posts of the Company or related business posts
· Keep and maintain clear records (write briefs, status reports, contact reports, etc.) that are necessary for the smooth operation of their accounts
· Coordinate and follow-up with all internal departments to make sure everything is running smoothly, and ensure delivery deadlines are met
· Ensure client’s requests for amendments are achieved through coordinating with relevant parties
· Fill all required reports on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
· Respect all internal Company rules
