Our client is a CySec regulated Forex Trading Company, who have been in operation internationally for a number of years, They are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to lead the B2B development function with their partners including Institutions (white labels), Affiliates and IBs.
The role will primarily be responsible for developing new and existing relationships with IB's and Affiliates as well as be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of the existing partnership network activity whilst recruiting new IBs and Affiliates. In addition the role will also be responsible for developing new markets for their White Label offering to Institutional Clients.
The ideal candidate will therefore have:
- Extensive business development and relationship management skills
- At least 2 - 3 years experience within the forex industry in the role of Business Development, Affiliate or IB Manager dealing with Institutional Sales or Affiliate/Partnership Management
- Fluency in English is a must with any additional language and advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good organizational and administration skills
- Strong oral and presentational skills
- Excellent networking skills and abilities
