JOB DESCRIPTION
On behalf of our client, a FCA regulated Forex company, with offices in Cyprus, we are seeking an experienced Head of IT. Due to growth within the company, we are seeking an experienced Head of IT / IT Project Manager with experience in Developing, managing a team of Developers and vast IT Project Management experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
- Able to prioritize tasks and effectively develop timelines.
- Experience in Project Management Methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, XP).
- Working experience with Project Management systems similar to Jira.
- Managing a team of four developers in Limassol
Job Requirements
- Experience in the Forex Industry (would be highly advantageous) and deep understanding of Trading Systems Architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with all stakeholders to capture requirements.
- Proven experience in Infrastructure management and software/web development will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in Database Systems, Reporting, SAP will be considered advantageous#
