Our client is a Limassol based global Forex broker who is looking to recruit Customer Care officers to join their team in Limassol.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Dealing with clients' inquiries via live chat, email and telephone
- Assisting clients with queries and questions
- Resolving product and service related issues promptly and professionally
- Promoting available products and services to clients
- Interacting with other departments
- Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results
You must meet the following criteria:
- Degree in a business-related field
- Experience in a similar role will be a plus
- Fluency in English and in any of the following languages: Portuguese, German, Polish, Arabic
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent computer literacy
- Valid work permit
Shifts on a weekly rotation basis:
- week 1: 08:00-16:30
- week 2: 16:30-00:30
- Work on a Saturday or a Sunday one time per month / one day off given in this case
