On behalf of our client we are seeking to recruit for the position of a:

Business Development Manager

Job Description:

·         Identifying new sales leads

·         Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

·         Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets

·         Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about closing deals

·         Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

·         Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

·         Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products

·         Developing quotes and proposals

·         Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person

To keep healthy relationships with clients, this mostly requires socialization. So, from simple chats on the phone to lunches and events or conferences you must be sure to keep the customers happy. Documentation is also a big part of your work. You will write reports and provide feedback to upper management about what is and is not working.

Skills and Experience Required:

Must be:

  • Socially adept
  • Well networked with companies that use or could potentially use Payment or Cashier Services
  • Able to make professional presentations
  • Have previous working experience in B2B sales  
  • Good with numbers
  • Strong communication and IT fluency
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Full English language professional proficiency
