About the Role of FX Sales Manager
Our FX Company has aggressive expansion plans and are looking for a highly driven individual to spearhead all outbound sales activities for the company. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a team of outbound Sales Executives within the foreign exchange industry. The ability to demonstrate a proven track record of reaching and exceeding targets would be expected. For the right individual, this role will allow full autonomy for the management and direction of the department. Hiring, training, motivating and the overall profitability of the department will sit within the remit for the role.
Job Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in FX Sales
- Knowledge of G10 currencies, NDF products, or Futures / Options
- Existing book of transferable institutional clients (small-mid cap hedge funds / CTAs preferred)
- Ability to bring in new business as well as maintain current relationships
- Strong knowledge / background of the FX asset class
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Multiple languages and existing book of business is a plus.
Responsibilities:
· Report directly to the Global Head of FX Sales
· Develop / execute business plan to bring in new business
· Maintain profitable relationships with existing and new clients
· Close interaction with Trading and Research teams
· Pro-actively manage client portfolio – sell products to new and existing clients
· Marketing the bank’s currencies products to hedge fund clients
