Our client is a CySec regulated Forex Trading Company, who has been in operation internationally for over 10 years, running operations in several countries worldwide. Please note that this company does not provide work permits. They provide relocation packages if needed!
They are looking to hire an additional Danish speaker for their Retention Department here in Limassol.
The responsibilities for the role will include:
- The Italian Retention Officer will be responsible for the communication with the existing clients and presenting the Company's services.
The working hours will be Monday - Friday from 10am - 6pm or 11am - 7pm.
The company is offering 1,500 Euros for experienced candidates plus monthly bonus and benefits including Medical Insurance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent Italian and English
- Previous online Retention experience will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Work well under pressure
- Be Computer literate
