· Setting objectives for social media, including growth, reach, engagement, lead & conversion and monitoring progress
· Creating and implementing a dynamic content strategy for the company’s social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, forums) to reach these goals and develop the company’s brand
· Working with closely with the marketing, PR, SEO & creative and other teams to ensure social media messaging ties in with our overall marketing, SEO and PR activities
· Monitoring activity on social media platforms and responding in a timely and accurate manner, reflecting the company’s values
· Monitor trends in social media and respond when required to these trends
· Be a native English speaker, preference will be given to those with experience working in the UK
· Have at least 1 year’s relevant experience
· Be passionate about social media and have a deep understanding of how it works, in particular for commerce
· Have a strategic approach to social media marketing
· Possess excellent and engaging writing skills (British English is a must)
· Have a customer focused attitude
· Be a strong team player
· Be motivated
Preference will be given to applicants with:
· A background in, or understanding of, finance
· An understanding of SEO and content marketing
· Experience in Facebook advertising
