Account Manager – German Speaking
Job Description/Tasks
- Customer support of new and existing Clients in a timely manner
- Promote the company’s financial products and services
- Maintain contact with Clients to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
- Assisting clients in matters related to opening account and explaining the Company’s trading conditions
- Following up on Clients queries and replying in timely manner
- Update CRM with accurate information
- Excellent knowledge of Company’s products, services and procedures
- Informing Clients of new products and services
- Ability to reach monthly targets
- Maintain German language website
Requirements
- Previous experience in forex sales or customer support is a must.
- Fluency in English and German is a must
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Outstanding communication skills, strong & Enthusiastic personality and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate new business
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment
