KEY DUTIES:
· Meta trader 4,5 knowledge and experience. Manager and Administrator
· To service clients with regards to their trading needs: Quote prices and provide market information
· Applying operational procedures and ensuring that all procedures and internal controls are followed.
· To manage on-going private client relationships and take proactive steps to maximize client satisfaction.
· Maintain deal record and P&L on a daily basis.
· To update market information on the trading platform.
· To monitor the quality of the company rates by comparing/benchmarking against those of other providers.
· To keep up to date with market information and monitor trends in all major currency pairings.
· To provide training to clients on the use of the Company’s products and platforms.
· Prepare reports requested from Management.
· Assisting in the account opening KYC procedures.
· To assist with all after sales issues which may include: collecting documents, withdrawals, deposits, funds transfers and account and trading issues etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Hands on experience in a MT4 environment at administrator level is a requirement;
· Minimum 2-3 years experience as dealer in similar environment;
· Strong experience with Risk Management procedures and best practices;
· Licensed by CySEC to Provide Investment Services Level Advanced
· Degree in Finance or related field
· Fluent English and Russian
· Ability to quickly and accurately analyze various financial events
· Ability to work under pressure
