Limassol
A newly established provider of binary options services is currently seeking to employ highly motivated individuals with relevant experience in the field for the positions of Account manager and Retention Representative for the Limassol office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients via phone, chat and emails;
- Promote the Company’s products and services, educate clients on the trading platform features and programs;
- Keep up-to-date with market information and follow the policies with regards to processing client documentation and compliance;
- Communicate marketing promotions to clients, ensure customer satisfaction;
- Liaise with other departments, resolve issues, demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, meet sales and retention targets;
- Carry out further duties assigned by the manager.
Required qualifications:
- Relevant sales and/or retention experience in Binary Options or Forex industry is required
- Fluency in English plus one or more of the following languages: Russian, German, Spanish.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Team player, enthusiastic, confident, money driven and career oriented
- Ability to work independently, undertake responsibility and good sense of humour is much appreciated
- A valid work permit for Cyprus is a must.
