Job Description:
Manage the Back Office Department’s Operations
Initially establish Procedures and manuals for the back office staff to follow
Provide continuous education and training to the back office team
Regularly evaluate staff performance
Create pleasant and fair working conditions for the department
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Back Office department within a regulated firm is a MUST
A University Degree in Business or relevant is preferred
Fluent in English, Greek an advantage
Excellent organizing and communicating skills
