Key responsibilities
• Account managing of existing affiliate partners
• Monitoring, analysing and evaluating affiliate marketing activity and affiliate partners’ performance
• Cooperate with marketing, graphics and web development to provide assets to affiliate partners
• Monitoring and participating in main affiliate forums and events as needed to strengthen existing
• Contact with existing and potential affiliate partners through handling of queries, negotiations and support and FAQ replies
• Screen affiliates for fraudulent activities
• Writing and optimizing newsletters for affiliate partners
Mandatory skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Customer service / support skills
• Organized
Desired skills
• Experience working with Income Access software
• Experience of working with affiliates
• Understanding of the online casino/gaming vertical
• Experience in MS Office Excel
• Ability to work flexible hours
