Job Description
Our client is the parent New York Company of a large group of companies dealing in the Telecommunications Sector with offices in USA, India, and Israel. They are now in the process of expanding their operations to Cyprus and setting up a Sales Force team in either Nicosia or Limassol.
On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit for the position of the Local Team Manager.
From this position you will be responsible for recruiting, building, training and managing a team of sales executives. The company is already well established global wide and you will be concentrating on the firm’s European and Middle East operations. You will be reporting directly to their Head Offices in New York.
To apply for this position you will need to have knowledge of how the International Telecom Companies Operate, how to build and train a sales team and of course to have strong experience in this sector. You will also need to be educated to at least University level and be able to communicate in English at a professional level.
This is not just a sales position, but a Business Development position with great potential to lead to a high managerial spot. Our client believes in investing in people and promoting people within thus enjoying loyalty and high returns.
