Job Description
Al Arab News Channel, a 24hr Arabic News station, dedicated and focused on events occurring not only in the Middle East, but also worldwide, is looking to hire experienced and dedicated professionals for their new operations to be based in Limassol Cyprus.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be a keen multi-tasker and able to take a hands on approach to make sure that everything is running smoothly at all times. Working to strict time constraints and showing dedication and working well under pressure are also good personal traits required for the role.

Required Qualifications
1) Operate payroll system and provide support and clarifications to employees when requested.
2) Produce salary certificates, control holidays, medical leaves, and attendance of every employee adjusting monthly wages accordingly.
3) Liaise with medical insurance companies and other HR providers under the supervision and guidance of HR Manager.
4) Manage company benefits (medical insurance, flight tickets if any, etc) and visas for employees.
5) Prepare contracts and offer letters as per request of HR Manager.
6) Handle the execution of HR tasks providing administrative support to HR Manager.
7) Keep strict confidentiality in performing the duties and managing the information relating to both the company and its employees.
8) Maintain employee personnel filing (passport copies, insurance, etc.)

Other Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in running payroll systems, preferably in M/S products i.e. NAV, Dynamic EX, Great Plains or SAP.
Good knowledge in Excel.
Must have a good understanding of Cypriot Taxation System, Social Insurance and relevant labor law.
Excellent knowledge of the English language both written and spoken are an absolute must.
