BDSwiss Holdings Plc. is the German leader of binary options specializing in currencies, indices, commodities and stocks. Following the company’s rapid growth and expansion plan of increasing sales activities, we are seeking to recruit motivated and dynamic Sales Account Managers.

We are looking for the “best of the best” people to join our desks that have experience selling over the phone, specifically within the financial marketplace. Binary/ FX experience ideally. However, as long as you got the right attitude and ambitions, you are definitely off to a good start with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Develop existing client portfolio provided by Junior Brokers to ensure extended life time value and customer satisfaction in form of added deposits and increased trading activities
• Provide online training for Gold and Premium clients in financial markets and binary options
• Promote BDSwiss’ financial products and services, together with suggesting improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients in ensuring highest level of service
• Discuss financial markets and trading conditions in increasing clients’ profit making ability
• Communicate marketing promotions to clients through telephone and email

We expect people to be well spoken, articulate and used to selling into the Korean marketplace. Ideally you will be degree educated although this can be overlooked for exceptional people.

REQUIREMENTS

• Languages required: KOREAN
• Fluency in English is a MUST
• A proven track record of sales achievements, if any
• Excellent communication skills and strong personality
• Excellent negotiation and people’s skills to win new customers
• Self-motivated and self-organized with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

We mostly emphasize personality, attitude and motivation.
