Description:
From the position of Executive PA/Receptionist your responsibilities are outlined below and are not limited to:
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
• Providing general assistance during presentations;
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
• Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the director;
• Greeting clients by being the first point of contact
• Taking dictation and minutes during board and other meetings;
• Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of PA experience
• Fluent in English
• Greek and/or German languages an advantage
• IT Literate with MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Excellent Communicating skills
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Excellent Telephone manner
• Professional manner
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Pleasant and friendly personality
