We are a Nicosia based branch of a wealth management company with offices in Russia, Luxembourg and Cyprus. We are looking for an intelligent, enthusiastic and hard working candidate to fulfill the position of Treasury Manager to Management company within our Group. The main responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
• Close interaction with the banks and administrators regarding new account opening, account maintenance, electronic banking access, bank queries, etc.
• Coordination of bank account opening process for our clients (including filling-in of bank forms, compliance questions, follow-up, etc.).
• Building registry of information provided to the banks (passports of accounts) for each account of each company
• Maintaining and updating information regarding bank ratings, fees, contact persons, services provided
• Updating registry of banking signatories for each company/client
• Communication within the Company for receiving information relating to bank operations necessary to administrators/banks
• Taking part in payment process in case of issues with a bank
• Supervising of work of 1-2 subordinates regarding reporting procedures

Applicants must be fluent in both spoken and written English, Russian.
Cyprus tax residency, permission to work.
Availability for overtime may be needed.
Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge.
