Ralliton an award winning Microsoft Gold Partner seeks a Systems Engineer to join their team.
This is an opportunity to work for a highly successful Gold partner. This role offers the successful candidate the chance to further their skills and develop their career using state-of-the-art technologies. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for architecting, designing and supporting the company clients in Cyprus and abroad.

Key Skills:
• Involved in customer project designs, implementations and support of solutions provided.
• To consult on infrastructure problems and provide suitable solutions
• Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
• To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and follow service management values.
• Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps

Qualifications/Experience:
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
• Must be able to perform effectively in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment while maintaining a high level of service.
• Knowledge (experience of 5 years+ is a must) of the following technology stacks:
 Microsoft Server Platform, Windows Active Directory, Exchange and System Center
 Microsoft Azure
 Microsoft Office 365
 Virtualization
 Storage (SAN) & Networking
 MCITP or MCSE will be considered a strong advantage

Excellent use of English and Greek Language
Able to travel abroad
