Digital Marketing Expert

SEO Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
• Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
• Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects
• Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
• Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
• Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
PPC Management
• Ensure that all client accounts managed by you have a robust commercial strategy in place, together with specific performance targets and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the business and commercial expectations of the client
• To devise, implement and run innovative campaigns across your client accounts in line with the clients goals and objectives
• To manage budgets in line with strategy and ensure that monthly spend is on target
• To deliver regular paid search management services for assigned clients
• Measure the effectiveness of the campaigns across your assigned client accounts
• Produce monthly reports for clients containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics agreed with the client
• Ensure all reports are of a top quality written standard and adhere to BLEND’s brand style guidance.
Google Analytics Analysis & Maintenance
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals
• Set out online objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in coordination with client business
• Implement an Analytics Tracking Implementation Document (ATID)
• Implement and maintain web analytics processes
Social media
• Assist in development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals
• Research and administer social media tools in support of clients’ social media strategy
• Set realistic goals in coordination with client business objectives
• Curate relevant content to reach the client’s ideal customers
• Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales
• Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts
• Create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns
• Compile report for management showing results (ROI).
1.1 General responsibilities
• Assist sales with proposals and meeting preparation
• Freely share knowledge, insight, best practice, tactics and ideas
• Ensure your knowledge of the digital marketing industry is kept up to date and relevant by networking / researching / reading blogs and news sources
• Contribute on BLEND’s blog by writing at least an article a month.
