CardPay.com – a group award-winning and licensed financial institutions is seeking a strong and experienced candidate for a Senior Risk Manager position. We are looking for a person in-deep knowledge and understanding of payment cards industry, online merchant acquiring and all kinds of E-Commerce business with all the risk involved in each sector.

Your immediate duties will be:
- Building up a long term Risk and Fraud Management strategy
- Implementing procedures on a customer pre-approval, due diligence etc.
- Working in a team with Compliance department in terms of working out KYC and AML policies
- Providing full risk evaluation for each current and existing customers
- Working out Risk assessment requirements and criteria towards different types of merchants (with regards to different types of business, MCCs etc.)
- Establishing additional procedures, reports and requirements for High Risk industries effectively increasing the control and ceasing the risk level of entire portfolio
- Implementing and managing new software, tools, filters and any other additional measures of automated risk and fraud monitoring and prevention
- Building up and supervising a team of Risk Management Department
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing, IT and R&D Departments as well as third-party contractors and other stakeholders

Personal and Professional Qualities:
- Extensive and Proven experience in risk management, fraud and AML
- 5 years’ experience in online merchant acquiring, card payments industry, E-Commerce
- Analytical mind-set
- Self-driven and Motivated
- Responsible and disciplined
- Effective either individually or as a team player
- Managerial skills
- Goal-oriented
- Speaking fluent English or/and Russian (additional language is a plus)
- Willing to develop and grow together with the company
Work Conditions:
- Work in Head-office in Limassol, Cyprus
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, (schedule shifts are possible)
- 21 days paid annual leave
- Work permit sponsorship (if required)
- Salary EUR 2 500 and above (depending on interview results)
