Job Description
Are you an experienced Business Analyst? Are you looking for your next opportunity? If so, a leading Forex client in Limassol is looking for a self motivated individual with strong technology skills to join their team.
The Business Analyst Officer, who will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, will be responsible to:
• Maintain and enhance relationships with Institutional partners affiliates and IBs, ensuring excellent standard of service
• Innovating new approaches to developing and managing the channel, according to the company’s strategy and vision
• Technology literacy capable including but not limited to strong Creativity and Innovation, Communication and Collaboration, Research, Critical Thinking, Technology operations, Problem Solving
• Prepare and send agreements, request documentation and forms, update systems in relation to client details
• Executing plans to develop partnerships with online affiliates, affiliates networks and Introducing Brokers (IBs)
• Optimize customer satisfaction by driving business operational activities like reports, timely supply, resolution to customer issues
• Review and monitor client needs to contribute to their success on an ongoing basis
• Suggest new policies and modifications in order to reform the nature of work
• Analyse system specifications and translate system requirements to programmers and other engineers
• Liaise between departments in regards partner related queries and requests

• University / College graduate in (computer/computer science) related field or equivalent
• Understanding of Forex trading will be considered a major advantage
• MetaTrader 4 Trading Platform knowledge will be considered an advantage
• Responsibility to perform efficiently and honestly
• Extensive Coordination skills
• Solid general technology skills
• Ability to quickly adapt on new technologies and requirements
