Job Description
HS DATA is seeking to recruit a Software Sales Specialist. This is a customer facing and demanding position with a focus on lead generation and execution of specific campaigns to promote and sell a wide range of leading Software Solutions. The right candidate should have the ability to identify prospects, organise sales visits, prepare presentations and demonstrations of Software Products, and establish new business.
Required Qualifications
Duties:

• Create business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
• Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale;
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
• Recording campaign results in the company’s CRM
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommend solutions.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Demonstrate Product features and benefit to the potential customers
• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by providing quick response to customer enquiries
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Review his/her own sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Attend team meetings and report performance to the Head of Sales and CEO of the company
• Travel to areas where needs are projected
• Work closely with the marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for the target market.
• Plan and organise the day to ensure all opportunities are maximised.
Other Requirements
Skills/Qualifications:

• A degree in Business or a related field. An IT degree might also be considered for candidates with significant Software Sales working experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Sales
• Proficient use of the Greek and English languages
• Must be able to present himself/herself in a professional manner and possess excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Possess a proven track record of demonstrating software tool solutions and executing successful proof of concept plans to enterprise prospects
• Willingness to work out of the office for up to 60% of the time
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM will be considered an advantage
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint is essential
