•Monitoring the operation of forex platforms with regards to reception, transmission and execution of client orders
•Offering support to clients on matters relating to the use of trading platforms
•Keeping up to date with financial markets information
•Solving technical issues with platform
•Solving clients complaints in regards to trading
•Preparing day-to-day reports
•Adjusting and implementing new trading instruments within platform
Qualifications required
•University graduates with Finance related degree
•Fluency in English, Polish
•Experience in foreign exchange markets and generally in the online financial services industry (use of trading platforms), economic overview are an advantage
•Knowledge of MT4, cTrader backoffice as great advantage
