On behalf of our client a leading multinational IT firm we are seeking to recruit for the position of Head of Accounting for their offices in Limassol.

Head of Accounting:

• Processing daily transactions in accounting software
• Perform bank/customer/supplier reconciliations
• Produce and prepare VAT returns
• Accounting support services: issuing invoices, arranging for payments, maintaining the petty cash etc
• Liaise with external auditors and accountants
• Preparing and submitting financial reports as required by the authorities such as Capital Adequacy Report etc.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly management reports as required by the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a relevant accounting qualification ACCA/ACA/CAT/LCCI
• Be a responsible person and highly motivated.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with Greek an advantage
• Have more than 1 - 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping and accounts payable experience
• Have experience working with a CySec Regulated Cyprus Investment or FX company will be a definite advantage.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
