Chinese Back Office Officer

XM, a well-established CySEC regulated investment firm, is seeking to recruit a high calibre, self-motivated professional to join its Chinese Back Office team!

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Dealing with client account requests such as change of account type, account currency, leverage
• Responding to client requests and inquiries via email
• Validating documentation provided by our clients
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, refunds and chargebacks

Main requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting is considered an advantage
• Experience in a similar position will be a plus
• Native Chinese speaker with excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Effective, efficient and detailed orientated
• Computer and numerically literate

Remuneration: An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.
