Web Designer

XM, a well-established CySEC regulated investment firm, is seeking to recruit a high calibre, self-motivated professional to join its Design team!
The key responsibilities of the role include:
• Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
• Designing advertising material such as banners, landing pages and other online and offline material
• Collaborating with project managers, designers and other departments for creating advertising material for various projects and campaigns
• Converting initial concepts, mock ups, wireframes and sketches to complete designs and UIs
• Employing user centric methodologies to design websites, UIs, Mobile UIs and online advertising material

Main requirements:
• BSc/MSc in Web Design or any other relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position. Experience with responsive websites is considered an advantage
• Strong visual design skills (layout, typography and colour)
• Excellent functional design skills (UX, UI)
• Advanced knowledge of the core web graphics tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, InDesign)
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
