WE ARE ON THE HUNT FOR AN Engineering Product Lead....... can you....

• Join engineering group as engineering product lead, responsible for the line of multidisciplinary products
• Matrix work with various internal departments and external subcontractors
• Responsibility for NPI project management, engineering process and documentation, configuration control, production support
• Build and maintain product engineering infrastructure, lead engineering changes and product lifecycle management

Job Requirements
• Electronic or Mechanical Engineer/practical engineer
• Proven record in leading NPI activities and product transfer to production
• Previous experience in engineering or NPI group in a high tech company
• Knowledge of electronic manufacturing and electronic packaging processes
• Knowledge of computing platforms, servers, storage
• Knowledge in AGILE , ORACLE ERP, ORACLE CONFIGURATOR - advantage
• High matrix management capabilities, ability to lead and motivate the others
• High professional and technical skills, fast learning abilities
• Wide organizational vision and proactive approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high motivation, ability to work under pressure and multitasking
• Excellent English (verbal and written
